The sea in the south of Thailand is filled with rocky islands and coral. Fishers use lights to catch squirl.
As you see, the coral is just below the surface of the water. Now it is ebb, if you want to swim you have to climb the slippery coral first.

Tourists started to discover this area in the past decades, now the government made the whole area a nature park. People move from island to island with ferries or longboats. Western luxury is new in this area; some islands only have electricity for a few years now. But they're catching up with lightspeed, every little village has internet already. Not all roads are paved, but the bungalows have airco if you want to pay a little extra. Here are some of the houses:

I met my brother (right) and his girlfriend (left) there. For two days we had a lot of fun, then they had to go.

And every sunset made sure I would come back to this heavenly place.....as a writer, a retired, or just trying to get a living out here. No snow, no ice, less rain! If you want to join, fill in this form and tell why you would go there....
